39	Sommersett Ss  Robert Millnor Late of this County was summoned

				  to answer unto Thomas Jones of the sd: County marcht

			 	  in A plea of Debt &c ; / ;   ~     ~     ~      ~      ~      ~

		And whereupon the said Thomas by his Attourney Edward Jones

		saith That he the said Robert became indebted unto him the sd:

		Thomas in the full and Just quantity of one Thousand Seaven hundred

		Twenty and five pounds of good  sound marchantable Tobacco in Caske

		as by Two Certaine Specialties (here in Cort: produced) will appeare

		signed with the hand & Sealed with the Seale of him the said Robert

		The one bearing Date the last Day of June Annoq Domini 1673 for

		nine hundred pounds of good sound marchantable Tobacco in Caske

		The other bearing Date the fifth day of August Annoq Domini 1674

		for eight hundred twenty five pounds of good sound marchantable

		tobacco in Caske To be paid unto him the said Thomas his Lawfull

		Attourney his heires executors: admrs: or assignes Conveniently in

		the County aforesaid at or before the 10th: Day of october next

		ensueing the Date of the Sd: specialties To y which payment

		well and truly to be made he the said Robert bindes himselfe

		his heires executors: & admrs: But he the said Robert Little

		regarding his Ingagements fraudulently intending to Deceive

		him the said Thomas of the aforesaid 1724lb: tob: in Caske -

		Denyeth and Still Doth to pay the same  The plt: saith he is

		Damnified and hath Dammadge to the vallue of Three Thousand

		pounds of Like tobacco in Caske and Thereupon brings his Suite
