Sommersett Ss Thomas Tull late of this County was attached to
answer unto Edward Martindale in A plea of Debt &c
And whereupon the said Edward Martindale by his Attorney
Mathew Nelson Saith that he the said Thomas Tull Standeth
indebted to the said Edward Martindale in the Just Summe or
quantity of one hundred ninety three pounds of tobacco and
Caske and is the ballance of Accompt which the plt: by his
Attorney produceth here in Cort: the said Thomas Tull De-
nyeing payment and Still doth of the said one hundred ninety
three pounds of tobacco the plt: saith he is Dampnified and
hath Dammage to the vallue of three hundred eighty six pounds
of tobacco and thereupon brings his Sute &c. ; / ;
