The humble Peticon of Rori Patrick and Henry Bishop
Complaineth against Robert Richardson of Pocotonorton plantr:
for taking into his possession the estate of John Teage -
Senr: Deceased without order of Law or any Just Right -
but his owne will and power under pretence of a debt -
and hath unlawfully detayned the estate in his Custody -
for this five yeares past to the great Damage of a poore -
young orphant now in his Custody Left by the -
aforesayd John Teage there being foure Cowes & with -
Calfe and a heifer part of these being properly the -
orphants before the Death of his father & Mother and-
further more that wee will make appeare that the -
poore orphant hath bin very hardly used Since -
he hath bin with the said Richardson and that the -
aforesaid Richardson Doth hold a poore simple -
woman
