At A County Cort: held the 8th: day of June in y XXXXiiiith: yeare
of ye Dominion of ye Rt: honr:ble Caecilius &c Annoq Domini 1675
before his Lopps: Justices thereunto Assigned And Authorized
mr: Wm: Stevens
prest: mr: George Johnson . : mr: David Browne Commrs:
mr: Charles Ballard . : mr: Edward Smith
Whereas Roger Woollford of this County hath taken the Care
and Chardge of Wm: Shuttleworth ever since Twas about
seaven months old whose ffather is runaway and his
mother Dead and there being nothing left for its maintenance
the said Woollford proposing to this Cort: to maintaine the
said Chilld in its minority and till it Come to The
age of one and twenty yeares with Cloths meat
drinke washing and Lodging, provided it may be ordered
to serve him from the time it is able to worke till it
Come to the age of one and twenty yeares; which This

Whereas Benjamin Cottman of this County plantor Complaineth
that his servant Wm: Gosse hath beene run away and Illegally

Assembly The said Wm: Gosse Acknowledgeth before the
Cort:
