Crave yor: excuse, but have in the behalfe of Roger Burchin
procured (according as then ingaged and Sent A Certificate from
mr: James ffowkes of his Disposall of him to mr: Henry Smith
the which with the former from Capta: Thomas Smith Suppose
will give yor: worpss: Sufficient knowlege of the abuse hath
been to the poore fellowe in his (as I Judge wrong detencon
And whereas mr: Smith Doth alleadge his being Judged at
the Cort: of Accomacke itt was five years after his Arivall
And Suppose yor: worplls: are Sensible that the Lawes of Virga:
doe provide That A Servant without Indenture if thought
under age Shall be Judged within three Corts: or not at all: but
