Consideracon of soe much paid unto mr: Randall Revell
at the request & for the use of the said William but the
said William fraudulently intending refuseth to pay
the Aforesaid some of five hundred pounds of tobacco
& Caske allthough thereunto hath severall times bin
Demanded whereby the said Henry is Damnified
& hath Dammadge to the vallue of 1200lb: tobacco and
Caske and thereupon brings his Suite ; / ; ~ ~ ~
And the plt: further produced this ffollowing
writing & rect: wch: was read; vizt
Mr: Smith Sr: Please to pay to mr: Randall Revell ffive
hundred pounds of Tobacco & place it to the accot: of sr
