Indebted unto him the said Randal in the Just summe or
quantity of foure hundred and fifteene pounds of tob:
good sound marchantable tobacco in Caske the which is Long
Since Due to the plt: by bill & Accot: (here in Cort: produced)
will more plainely appeare but he the said John frau
dulently intending to Deceive him the said Randall of
the said foure hundred & fifteene pounds of tobacco in
Caske Denyeth and Still doth to pay the same allthough
often thereunto required The plt: saith he is Damnified
and hath Dammadge to the vallue of eight hundred pounds
of Like tobacco in Caske And thereupon brings his Suite &c;
