The Aforesaid Amos Parsons by his Attourney Henry Smith
Commeth and Defendeth himselfe And produceth these ffollowing

Thomas Tull pray pay unto William Planner the remainder
of my Debt which is aboute one hundred for I have paid him
in Ambrose Dixons hand 737lb: tob: which the said Planner hath
Accepted And to Capta: Colebourne for James Weatherly 123
if Thomas Price Doe not pay the Captaine And the rest of my
Crop after mr: Walker is paid Lay it out for my Shoes & Linnen
as you thinke fitt take y remainder wth: mr: Walker yor: frind

There about one hundred due to Planner
John Wootters aged thirty one yeares or thereabouts Deposeth before
me William Colebourne and saith that when Amos Parsons
was goeing out of the County with me; And William Planner
said to me will you Carry that man out of the County And
being soe much Indebted to the said Planner betweene eight
and nine hundred pounds of Tobacco And upon the same he
