The Deposicon of Richard Stevens aged thirty three or thereabouts
sworne in Cort: on the part of the plt: ; / ;
Saith I being at the house of mr: Winder soone after I Came out of England
And he shewed me A Letter which he said Came from Edward
Dickeson And he told me that Edward Dickeson Did write to him to
provide for his Child But said he I will have the whore whipt
soe farr I say & further saith not ;/ ; Richard Stevens
And the Aforesaid John Winder by Henry Smith his Attourney
Commeth and defendeth the force & Injury don him And saith that
the said Edward his accon aforesaid he ought not to have because
he saith he hath no other Chilldren but what he hath by his wife And
that he is Scandelized by the said Edward whereupon he Demands
Judgemt: whether the plt: ought to have his accon against him &
Craves AnonSuite; This Cort: ordrs: AnonSuite finding no Cause
