To the worpll: Commrs: of the County of Sommr:sett
The humble peticon of Isaack Hudson
Humbly sheweth
Whereas yor: peticioner haveing indented
with David Spence from the first of September last
last being 1673 untill the first of September 1674
In Consideracon of one Thousand pounds of Tobacco
paying the aforesaid Thousand pounds of tobacco as
yor: peticioner had occasion for but the said David
Spence denying to pay according to Condicon That
yor: peticionr: is Like to suffer for want of Clothing
Therefore yor: peticionr: Craves ordr: that the sd: Spence
Shoulld performe the said Indenture according to
intent & meaning it bearing date the first of
September one thousand six hundred seaventy &
Three And your Peticioner Shall Pray for
you as he is in Duty bound ; / ;
And the Aforesaid David Spence by Will
Tompson his Attourney Commeth & defendeth
himselfe And Saith That the said Isaack
