with Abigall Arrington have twenty nine Lashes well

Ordered that Abigall Arrington for Committing ffor
nicacon with John Chancellor have twenty Lashes
well Laid on upon her bare Shoulders ; / ; ~ ~
Ordered that John Beauley Shall pay for A fine for
Committing ffornicacon with Elizabeth the wife of Thomas
Wattson; fforty Dayes work at the Devideing Creekes & finde
himselfe provision and further ordered that he giveth Security
forthwith for ye true performance thereof; mr: Charles
Ballard in open Cort: ownes himselfe Security for John
Beauley for the performance of the said worke ; ~ ~
Ordered that Elizabeth the wife of Thomas Wattson She
for Committing Adulltery with John Beauley have
twenty nine Lashes well laid on upon her bare Shoulders
And further ordered That her Passe bee made after She
be whipped That she the said Elizabeth Watson Shall be
Delivered into the Custody of the next Constable to be Caryed
from Constable to Constable till She be delivered unto the
Constable of Wiccocomoco hundred wch: extends to y uttmost
bounds of Wiccocomoco hundred Somr:Sett County And yt
the said Constable doe Deliver the said Elizabeth Wattson

to mr: Charles Hutson Living on the north side of Nanticoke
in Dorcester County to be Caryed before the next Justice of
