Most humbly sheweth
That yo^r: pet^r: haveing agreed with one Rebecco Terrill for the keeping
and nursing of her young Chilld for the terme of one yeare which
being ended the last of this Instant; for the summe of one Thousand
pounds of tobacco; now Soe it is may please yo^r: worp^lls: that
the said Rebecca Terrill mother of the said Chilld being deceased
and having no effects in this Province whereby to satisfie yo^r:
