Humbly sheweth
That whereas yor: peticr: was formerly a Servant unto Henry
Smith of Manoakin river and entered into his service the third

month he motioned to Lye with me and being much Importuned
by him and further Seeing he woulld not take my Denyall and Coulld
not be quiett and being overperswaded by his Sweete oratory I yeilded
to his unjust request where he had his Longing desire the time and
