answer why Doe you question the Chilld not being yours
he answered and replyed that if it were his She shoullde
have Come at Such at me being the September before She
burst out of Cryeing Saying She woulld Doe no man wrong
for it was Henry Smith that gott it for She had not been
there passing^ of nine Dayes before he Desired to have the use
of her body She answered him noe I asked her againe why
Did she not Call out She Said She was Loath to Disgrace him
soe much then I asked her why she did not come away
and make her Agreivance knowne there woulld have
been remedy for her She Cryed and sighed bitterly wishing
it had never beene her ffortune to have gonne thether
notwithstanding she Condessended to his will she Cryeing
and Lamenting finding her Selfe to be in such A Condicon
that he asked her what was her reason to Lament soe to be
allwayes weeping She Said she was with Chilld he answered
and Saith againe that was Little suddenly after that Caused
hott water to be gott for her to Sett her foote in whereby he
breathed A veine yett he never spared makeing use of her
when he had occasion She Crying and Lamenting he said
if you are with Chilld I will pay yor: fine then I Charging
her when she was in the extremity of her travell she saying
if any body woulld sweare her she woulld take her oath
the Chilld was Henry Smiths and nobodys else soe farr I
