he the said John Denyeing and Still doth to pay the same
the plt: saith he is Dampnified and hath Dammadge to the
vallue of Three Thousand pounds of tobacco and thereupon

The Bill bindeth me John Ellis of Morumsco my heires
executors: admrs: or assignes To pay unto Tho: Walker his
heires executrs: admrs: or assignes one hundred & seaventeen
pounds good neate porke Due to be paid at my dwelling
house at or before the tenth day of november next it being
for a valuable Consideracon by me in hand recd: as witnes
