Assumption but fraudulently intending to Deceive him the

Know All men by these presents that I Leonard Jones of Cagers
Island in the Province of Maryland am firmly bound and Stand
indebted unto John Wahopp of St: Maries County in the said
Province in the Just and neate quantity of one thousand
seaven hundred sixty and five pounds of marchantable
Leafe tobaccoes to be paid to him the said John Wahop or to
his Certaine attorney heires executrs: admrs: or assignes
upon demand after the 10th: day of october next Insueing the
Date hereof within the precincts of St: Georges hundred
in the sd: County of St: Maryes being for valluable Conside
racon in hand recd: In performance whereof well and truly
to be made I binde my Selfe my heires execrs: and admrs:
firmly by these presents sealed with my Seale and dated
the Second day of August 1671
