Sommersett County The Deft: was attached to answer the plt: in an
accon of the Case
whereas the Deft: was presented by the Jury of Enquest for that
he had fraudulently past and put away to the plt: a hhd: filled
a great part of it with tobacco Stalkes and pegs and other Trash in
Stead of good tobacco who upon tryall was found guilty to have
Transgressed the good Lawes & Custemes of this province And
whereas the plt: hath demanded satisfaccon of the Deft: for his
Losse thereby Sustained the Deft: doth deny to allowe him satisfaccon
for the same thereupon the plt: bringeth his Sute and prayeth
to have order against the Deft: for his Dammadge therein Sus:
