the summe of eighteene hundred pounds of tobacco in
Caske unto the said England as doth appeare by A Certaine
writing under his hand and Seale bearing date the fifteenth
day of June in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand
six hundred seaventy and three which writing wee have
here to produce in Cort: the said William Worrillow did
binde himselfe in the summe of eighteene hundred
pounds of good Sound marchantable tobacco in Caske
to be paid Convenient in Manoakin river in Somersett
County at or before the tenth day of october next ensueing
the Date hereof unto the said England his Lawfull Attorny
his executors: administrators: or assignes; The sd: William
his promise Little regarding but fraudulently intending
him ( in this behalfe) to deceive in the summe of eighteene
hundred pounds to tobacco whereupon he saith he is damnified
and hath Losse to the vallue of Two thousand eight hundred
pounds of tobacco and hereupon brings his Sute . ~ ~

Maryland Ss Know all men by these presents that I
William Worrilow of the County of Sommersett
in the province aforesaid Carpentr: Doe hereby
Acknowledge to owe and Stand indebted unto John
England of the Citty of Bristoll marchant in y Just
and full summe of eighteene hundred pounds
of good sound marchantable tobacco in Caske to be
paid Convenient in Manoakin River in Somr:set
County at or before the 10th: day of october next
ensueing
