Humbly sheweth
That whereas yor: petr: Stood engaged to the Rt: honr:ble y Lord
Proprietary for and in the behalfe of Elizabeth Houghton
the wife of Elizabeth Houghton late of this County for her
good behaviour in the summe of twenty pounds Sterling
yor: petr: not knoweing any way wherein the said Elizabeth
hath demeand her Selfe since the time of your peticonrs:
engagemt: your peticonr: humbly Craves to be dissmist
from his said engagement And as in duty bound Shall

Clerke to this Cort: Complaines and saith that the said
Elizabeth mentioned in the peticon is gonne out of
the County not having satissfied her ffees due
to the Clerke And therefore humble Craveth ordr:
