Maryland Ss Know All men by these presents that I Thomas Jones of Somrsett
County in the Province of Maryland marchant for Diverss Causes
& espetiall Consideracons mee thereunto of my owne motion; move
ing Doe hereby ordeine Constitute & Appointe & in my place & Stead
putt mr: David Browne of ye Same County and Province gent: my
true and Lawfull Attorney (in all Causes & over all other: supremme
& absolute) for me and in my name to aske sue Demand Impleade
Imprison & Condemne any person or persons whatsoever that are
or Shall be indebted unto me either by bill bond booke Account Rec
konninge Promise or otherwise whatsoever Lett it be fore moneys
wares merchandizes tobaccoes or whatsoever may be due & oweing
to me hereby generally fully and absolutely Impowering my
said Attorney acquittances or any sufficient Discharge in Law
to give in my name & further to Act and Doe whatsoever Shall
seeme Convenient to him Lawfully to bee done in by behalfe
in as full free effectuall & absolute manner (or other Attorneyes
under him to Appointe & recall) as I my Selfe might or Coulld
doe if personnally present either for my Selfe or as Attorney of
others thereby alloweing Rattiefieinge & Confirming whatsoever
my said Attorney shall Lawfully doe or Cause to be done in
