nine weekes was then by the Cort: ordered to appeare
before your worplls: at this Cort: which not appearing
According to order yor: peticionr: desires to be ordered
Servitude According to Act of Assembly And he Shall
Pray
Richard Pomfrey being Called doth not appear
The Cort: upon mature Deliberacon and Consideracon
Orders Richard Pomfrey to serve the time of his Indenture
And afterwards to remayne with his master Phillip Shapleigh
untill the next County Cort: and there to appeare to answer for
