before named shall not Dispose of the said Cowe Calfes nor
any of theire Increase untill she Commeth to ye age before
recited without my Consent, And if that the said Cowe Calfes
shoulld Increase to many it Shall be at my pleasure to Convert
them to other use for the good and bennefitt of my said Goddaughter
without disturbance or molestacon from any person or persons
whatsoever The said Cowe Calfes with theire Increase both
male and ffemale I John Bult Doe freely and absolutely
give unto the said Anne her heires executors: and assignes
for ever peaceably and quietly to enjoye as her owne proper
goods at the time before specified with warrentee from all
manner of persons whatsoever; In Confirmacon and full
Assurance of the truth above written I the said John Bult
