untill she Commeth to the age above recited And if in case
my Daughter shoulld be taken away by death before she
Cometh to the age of ffoureteene yeares; Then the said Cowe
with her Increase to ffall to the giver againe and be at
his Disposeing; moreover it is my will and pleasure that
my said Daughter before named Shall not Dispose of the
said Cowe nor any of her encrease untill she Cometh to
the age above recited without my Consent; And that if ye:
said Cowe Shoulld Increase to many it shall be at my pleasure
to Convert them to other use for the bennefitt of my said
Daughter without Disturbance or molestacon from any
person or persons whatsoever; The said Cowe with her ffemale
Increase I John Anderson her ffather Doe ffreely & absolutely
give unto my said Daughter Elizabeth And to the heires executrs:
and assignes of my said Daughter Elizabeth for ever; preaceably
and quietly to enjoye as her owne proper goods at the time
afore specified; ffor Confirmacon and full assurance of
the truth above written I the said John Anderson Doe unto
these presents affix my Seale and Sett my hand this twenty
eight day of Aprill in the XXXXith: yeare of y Dominion of
the Rt: honble: Caecilius &c over the province of Maryland
Annoq Domini one Thousand Six hundred seaventy & three
