of Boston in new England widowe the relict & Sole executrix
of Mathewe Armestrong late of Boston deceased have Constituted
ordained deputed appointed And by these presents doe Constitute
ordaine depute appointe and put my trusty and faithfull
freind Sampson Waters of Boston aforesaid marriner to bee
my true and Lawfull attorney for mee and in my name and
Stead and for my use to lett Sell assigne Convey & Dispose off
any houses Lands goods and Chattles that doe or Shall in any
