plaintiffe to serve him the said Phillip Shapleigh Two months

Denyeth to pay the plt: Corne and Clothes yor: plaintiffe being
Sued by the deft: in March Cort: last And then the Cause depending
being put upon A Jury the Jury then found for the defendt:
