Sommersett Ss John Renney late of Sommersett County was attached
to Answer unto Cornelius Johnson in A plea of
Trespas ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Whereupon the said Cornelius Johnson by William Tompson
his Attorney saith that he the said John Renney one
the sixteenth day of August and in the fortieth yeare
of the Rt: honble: Caecilius, Annoq Domini 1671 did
then and there enter the ground of him the said Johnson
and within ten yards of the house of the Aforesaid
Johnson he the said Renney as aforesaid Did then and
there
