every Such Debt and Debts whatsoever are resting due and
belonging unto mee or Edward Martindale within this County
of Sommersett whether by bill bond or obligacon or account or
any otherwise Due or that may become Due to me or my assignes
from any person or persons whatsoever within the County of
Sommersett giving and granting unto my said Attorney
full power and Lawfull Authority upon refusall or Defaullt
of payment to be made upon demand of any of the aforesaid
Debts to sue arrest Implead and Imprison recover and
receive and upon receipt to Acquitt and Discharge and release
Acquittance or acquittances to grante and assigne as fuly and
Amply Largely and effectually to all intents and purposes as if
I my Selfe were personally present to doe the same; Ratiefieing
Confirming and establishing all whatsoever my said Attorney
Shall Lawfully Doe herein as ffirmly effectually as if my
Selfe were present to Doe the same in Testimoney whereof
I have hereunto putt my hand and Seale this eleaventh of
May Annoq Domini one thousand six hundred seaventy
