one the Same river and County to be my true and
Lawfull Attorney that he for me and in my name and
for my use to aske require and demand all manner of
Debts som or Somes whatsoever is due to me in this
County whether by bills bonds or accompts and upon
receipt of such Debts or somes of tobacco for me and
in my name to give Discharges thereof and upon refusall
of payment to arrest sue for and recover to put in prison
or out of prison holding firm and Stable all that my
