105 Know All men by these presents that I William Aubrey of the
Towne of Swansey in the County of Clamorgan Marcht: have
assigned ordained & made & in my Stead & place by these pr:sents
put & Constituted my trusty & well beloved frind John Coleman
of the towne & County aforesaid marcht: to be my true & Lawfull
attorney for me in my name, & to my use to aske sue for Leavy
require, recover and receive of all & every person & persons
whatsoever all & every such debts tobacco & Summes of money
or other goods whatsoever which are now due unto me by bill
bond or by booke or which at any day or dayes time or times
hereafter Shall be due oweing belonging or appertaining unto
me by any manner of ways or meanes whatsoever in the
Province of Maryland in America, Giveing & granting unto
my said Attorney by the tenor of these presents my full &
whole power Strength & Authority; in & about the premises
& upon the receipt of any such debts parcells of tobacco summes
of money or other goods whatsoever ) acquittances or other
discharges for me & in my name to make Seale & deliver
& all & every other Act & Acts; thing & things device & devises
in the Lawe whatsoever needfull & necessary to be don in or
about the premises for the recovery of any Such debts parcells
of tobacco or goods whatsoever as aforesaid for me & in my name
to doe execute & performe as fully Largely & amply in
every respect to all intents Constructions & purposes as
I my Selfe might or Coulld doe if I were personnally present
Ratifieing Allowing & holding firme & Stable all & whatsoever
