plt: Shall have a writt of attachment if occasion be

James Mills deft:
Thomas Miller saith by Henry Smith that James Mills
Standeth indebted to Thomas Miller the Summe of foure
hundred Sixty foure pounds of tobacco without ground
Leaves or Seconds to be paid by the said James Mills
at the house of mr: Edward Revell in Caske & for the true
paymt: the said Mills binds himselfe his heires executors:
administrators: & assignes as by bill under his hand here
produced to the Courte doth appeare, the said bill bearing
date the 12th: day of november 1668 the said debt being
often demanded yett Still is unsatisffied; & the said Mills
having absented himselfe & not to be mett withall (otherwise)
the Sd: Tho: Miller brings his Suite being dampnified
for want of his Tobacco Craves order for Attachment
of the said foure hundred & Sixty foure pounds of tobacco
with Cost of Suite in the hands of Benjamin Lawrence
mr: Henry Smith delivers the bill in Cort: & is read as ffoll.
This bill bindeth mee James Mills of Watchepenye my heires
executors: administrators or assignes to pay or Cause to be paid
unto Thomas Miller or his assignes the full summe of
foure hundred & sixty foure pounds of sound marchantable
tobacco without ground Leaves or Seconds at the house of mr:
