50 Whereas John vigerons issued forth A Capias Servus James
Drewer & was returned non est Invts: the said John Vigerons made
appeare ther was due to him from the said James Drewer six

to require you to attach the Goods Chattles & Creditts of the said
James Drewer to the vallue of six hundred pounds of tobacco &
that Secure for the use of John Vigerons & make yor: returne there of

Benjamin Lawrence Deft: the Summe of one thousand Six
hundred forty three pounds of tobacco & two hundred of foure
penny nayles the Sd: plt: James Mills Complaining that the

to require you to take the body of Benjamin Lawrence into yor:
Custody & him keepe untill he Shall give in Security to appeare
by himselfe or Lawfull attorney before his Lopps: Justices att
the next County Cort: to be helld the Second Tuesday in January
next there to Shewe Cause wherefore execucon might not be
awarded against him for the said Debt aforesaid due to James
Mills & then returne this writt & for soe doeing this Shall be
