(3. yee call and cause to come before you the other persons in the
said Commission nominated and appointed to be Commissioners
& Justices of the peace of our Said County and duly and truly
to administer unto them and every of them Joyntly or Severally
the said oath of Commissioners and Justices of the peace of our
Said County they also takeing the Same upon the holy Evangelists
the tenor of which Oath wee send you herewith, And when you
have soe done Wee doe will and Command you that you doe
under your hands and Seales Certifie as of your whole pro-
ceedings herein without delay unto our Cort: of Chancery
wheresoever it Shall be then together with this writt ~ ~

XXXIXth: year of our Dominion over our Said Province Ao:

Caecilius Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the Province of
Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c To Stephen
Horse, William Stevens; John White; Henry Smith; James
Weedon; James Jones; John Winder, George Johnson; William
Coleborne and Charles Ballard gent: Greeting: know you that
wee for the great trust And Confidence wee have in your
fidellityes Circumspections providences and wisdomes have
Constituted ordeyned and appoynted; and doe by these presents
Constitute ordaine and appointe you the said Stephen Horsey
William Stevens; John White; Henry Smith, James Weedon;
James Jones, John Winder; George Johnson; William
Coleborne and Charles Ballard gent: Commissioners Jointly
and Severall to keepe the peace in the County of Sommersett
in the said Province, And to keepe and Cause to be kept
all Lawes and orders made for the good and Conservance
of the peace; and for the quiet rule and advancement of the
people
