207 of the County of St: Maries in the Province of Maryland of
my owne free will & Consent, hath putt my Selfe an Appren-
tice to and with Marke Corddia gent: of the same County &
Province aforesaid for & Duering the terme & time of
two years unto the Aforesd: marke Corddia his heires &
assignes or his Certaine Attorney fully to be Compleate
& ended it being for a valuable Consiceracon already
received, And for the time that the said Richard Pomfrey
absented himselfe from his masters Service ffurthermore
I the Sd: Richard Doe by these presents oblige my Selfe to
make Satisfaccon according to the Custome of the Contry
in Case I the Sd: Richard Pomfrey Shall hereafter absent
my Selfe from my said Masters Service, And I the said
marke Coria my heires & assignes Shall find unto the said
Richard Pomffrey Sufficient meat Drink Lodging & apparell
Duering his Said time In Wittnes hereof the parties have
to these present Indentures Interchangeably Sett to our
hands & Seales this 23th: day of December Ao: Do: 1669
