200 in the behalfe of the orphants & it appearing by
the will of y Deceased that the man that Shall
marry the widowe Shall put in Security for the
Childrens estate; the said relict of James
Barnebe being marryed to Edward Jones And
the said Edward Jones not giveing any accompt
of the Chilldrens estates nor Security for the same
The Cort: thereupon orders that the said Edward
Jones doe Imediatly putt in Security for the
Chilldrens estates due to them by will & Deed of
Gift and alsoe give in an accot: thereof the next Cort:
And further that Judgement of the Cort: is that y said
Edward Jones be putt into the Sherrifes Custody
untill Security be given ~ ~ ~

The Same day Commrs: as afore
Whereas this Cort: is informed that there is A negro run
away out of Virga: & is Lurcking up & downe in
this County; Ordered that the Sherrife doe take y
same negro into his Custody & either keepe him
