(16 the said William Glanvile his heires & assignes forever
with all the proffitts priviledges; Commmodities & hereditam^ts:
to the Same belonging or in any wise appertaining -
To have and to hold the said one thousand acres of Land
with all & every the appertenances to him the said -
William Glanvile his heires executo^rs: adm^rs: & assignes
forever to the onely use and behoofe of him his heires
& assignes forever, to be holden of the S^d: Lord Propriet^rs: for
& under the rents & Services by the said originall recited
pattent reserved, And I the Said Randall Revell the said
one thousand acres of Land with y appurtenances before
by these presents bargained & Sold or hereby intended to
be bargained & Sold unto him the said William Glanvile
doe for ever freely acquitt acquitt & discharge the Same of
& from all & all manner of former & other bargaines
grantes Sales; forfeitures; Joyntures; Dowries, Surrenders
& of & from all other titals; incumbrances Claimes &
demands of the said Randall Revell his heires executo^rs:
& adm^rs:, And against all & every other person or persons
Claiming from by or under the said Randall Revell
his heires or assignes; Shall & will forever hereafter -
warrant & defend by these presents; In wittnes whereof
the parties above named to these presents have Inter
changeably Sett their hands & Seales y day & year above written
