foureteenth day of June Annog Domini 1671
The Condicon of this Obligacon is such that if the above
bounden Jenkin Price his heires executors: & administrators:
& every or any of them Doe & Shall from tyme to tyme
& at all tymes hereafter well & truly performe fullfill
& keepe all & Singular the Condicons Covenants (Causes
& agreements mentioned in A deed of Conveyance
bearing equall date with these presents made by the
said Jenkin Price (of a tract of Land Lying & being
on the eastearne Shore in Pocomoke river & called by
the name of Glynneath & Laid out for foure hundred
acres more or Lesse) to the abovesaid Daniell Penfax
his heires executors: administrators: or assignes; that then
this Obligacon to be void & of none effect otherwise
to remayne in full force & virtue ; / ; ~
