160 Know All men by these presents that I Martha
Price the wife of Jenken Price of Sommerset County
in the province of Maryland Doe hereby remise release
& for ever quitt Claime from mee & my heires for
ever, all & all manner of Right title Interest Claime &
Demand whatsoever of in & to a parcell of Land Lyeing
& being on the easterne Shore in Pocomoke river and
called by the name of Glynneath Bargained & Sold by my
said husband unto Daniell Penfax his heires & assignes
for ever; as by Deed of Conveyance bearing equall
date with these presents may appeare; as alsoe I doe
hereby for me my heires executors: & administrators:
remise release & forever quitt Claime all my Dower
right & title of Dower & thirds at Common Law of in &
to the said premisses unto the said Daniell Penfax
his heires & assignes forever; so that neither I the
said Martha Price nor any person or persons Claiming
from by or under mee Shall or may at any tyme
or tymes hereafter Claime Challenge or demand any use
Interest property or possession of in or to y premisses
But of & from all accon of right title property or Claime
Shall & will bee excluded & for ever Debarred by
these
