151 The Same Day Commrs: as afore
Whereas Oyaghtenam Indian King of Manoakin hath
Severall Causes depending in this Cort: vizt agst: Tho:
Poole; William Davis; Richard Davis, & Tho: Davis
Itt is ordered that the Tryalls thereof be y next Cort:
after y last Lawes that were enacted comes over -
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
To all to whome these presents Shall come Know yee
Boote Hack
That whereas I Anna Hack Alias Boote widowe
haveing formerly impowered my Loving frind Edward
Jones of Sommersett County in the Province of Maryland
And whereas I have at this present accon depending
in the said County of Sommersett against John Alford
for Debt due to me Long Since and haveing at pr:sent
Some indisposicon of body whereby I cannot personnally
appeare to prosecute the said Allford as I intended
I doe therefore not onely Ratiefied & Confirme my
power formerly given, But doe alsoe give unto
my said attorney full power in my name & to
my use to prosecute my said accon against the
said Allford to all intents & purposes as fully
& absolutely as if I were personnally present
to doe the same, or to Compound & agree with the
said Allford Soe as to him Shall Seeme reasonable
and whatsoever my said attorney Shall Lawfully
doe or Cause to be don in the premisses I doe hereby
