137 The Same Day Commrs as afore
Ordered that John Devorex doe personnally appear
before his Lopps: Justices the next County Cort: to answer
what Shall be then alleadged against him as y Suite of the
Rt: hon:ble y Lord Proprietary; John Avery proffereth to be
Security for y appearance of y said John Avery Devorex to appear
at y next County Cort: which And bindes himself to y
end in y Summe of ten pound of Sterling money of England
which is approved of By the Cort: And ffurther ordered
That John Tygerd, Benjamin Lawrence, John Paramour
Junr: & Robert Johnson be Summoned to appeare then
to testifie the truth of their knowledge what they know
in y Lord Proprietaryes behalf agst: John Devorex

Whereas Anne Carre was presented by the Grand
Jury of Enquest in november Cort: Last for bearing
a bastard Chilld, The said Anne appealed in Jany: Cort:

pounds of tobacco for her ffact this next Crop ; /
