126 Know All men by these presents that wee Thomas
Jarrett and John Winder, both of the County of Somersett
in the province of Maryland, Doe owe & Stand indebted to
Peercifull Read his heires executors: admrs: & assignes in
the full Summe of three thousand three hundred pounds
of good Sound marchantable tobacco wth: Caske according to
Act of Assembly to be payd in manner and forme as ffoll
(vizt) Sixteene hundred & fivety the tenth day of november
one thousand Six hundred Sixty eight And Sixteene hundred
& fivety pounds as aforeSd: in the year one thousand Six
hundred sixty nine in some Convenient place in the
County of Somersett to the true performance hereof wee
have hereunto bound ourselves our heires executors: admrs
firmly by these presents In wittnes whereof wee have here
unto Sett our hand & Seales this eighteenth day of Aprill
