A. I have been interviewing people for Mr. Montgomery's position Q. Will there be any civil rights legislation?
A. It's entirely possible that there may be some civil rights legisla- Q. Governor, are you aware of the report issued by the Citizens' Board inquiring on hunger and malnutrition last month? A citizens' board called inquiring into hunger and malnutrition and they said that Somerset County needs help on an emergency basis for their hunger problems, and that thirteen other Maryland counties have serious hunger problems. Are you aware of this? A. I am now aware of it. Q. Do you feel that the problem is that serious? A. I'd like to look into it. I have heard nothing of a direct nature on it so I can't comment on it. I'll check into it, certainly.
