basically, the love of God and love of fellow man. We must keep a
fighting faith in the Christian philosophy of idealism that guided our
forefathers, and, in time, with the help of Almighty God, that faith
will kindle a flame that will light the fires of Democracy everywhere
on earth.

In this hour of thanksgiving, I thank the Almighty for the privilege
of coming here this morning to pray with you, my friends. "Be not
forgetful of prayer, " he said. "Every time you pray, if your prayer is
sincere, there will be new feeling and new meaning in it, which will
give you fresh courage, and you will understand that prayer is an edu-
cation. " And so, let us pray this morning with sincerity, knowing
that our communion with God will give us courage, strength, and en-
lightenment.
