and forbear all manner of Execution on the judgment Aforesd Untill the same
be Inspected by Our Governour and Council in the High Court of Appeals
aforesaid And in Case that Execution be Already issued against the Body
Goods or Chatties Lands or Tenements of the said Michael Macnemara Then
We also Command You the said sherriff of Ann Arundell County on sight
hereof that from all manner of Execution Either Against the Body Goods or
Chatties Lands or Tenements of the said Michael Macnemara for or by rea-
son of the Plea Aforesd or the judgment Aforesaid thereon Given You alto-
gether Supersede And that if his body Goods or Chatties Lands or Tene-
ments by Reason of the judgment afsd You have taken Execution of You
forthwith his body out of Execution Sett at Large And him to his Goods or
Chatties Lands and Tenements You restore And that from All further Mo-
lestation of him the Said Michael Macnemara for or by Reason of the Plea
Aforesaid Or Judgment thereon Given As Aforesd You Altogether stay and
Supersede Untill the Plea Afores" be by Our Governour and Council in the
high Court of Appeals fully Heard and Determined Wittness Ourself att the
City of Annapolis this fifth Day of July in the fourteenth Year of Our Do-
minion Annoque Dom: 1728. Richd Claggett Regr in Chanr:

The Answer of William Lock Esqr One of the Justices Within Men-
tioned [802] And his Associates. The Record and Process whereof within
Mention is Made with all things Concerning the same to the Honourble
Court of Appeals to be held at the City of Annapolis at the Day within Con-
tained is Sent in a Certain Record to this Writt Annevt

the County of Ann Arundell for the Province of Maryland on the third tues-
day of May being the 2ist Day of the same Month in the fourteenth Year of
the Dominion of the Right Honourable Charles Absolute Lord and Proprie-
tary of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore etc:
