Nevertheless his Lordships Right And Ordered by the Court to be Entered
by Way of Protestation Against the said Appeal in the Manner Wherein it
is prayed.
Whereupon the Said John Diggs And Mess™ Charles and Daniel Carroll
this Day Enter into Bond in the penal Sum of four Hundd Pounds Sterling
to the said John Beale for the said Thomas Nelson his Prosecuting his Ap-
peal aforesaid with Effect Which is Approved of by the Court. Mr John
Diggs the Appellants Lessor here this Day in Court gives Notice to the said
John Beale in Open Court that the Plantiff Proposes to Prosecute his said
Appeale Before his Majestic in Council as Aforesaid forthwith And Prays
Entry thereof be made.
