A true Account

Eliz. Blakiston.

Now here att this day to witt the day and Year Last mentioned Came the
Said Elizabeth Blakiston Adm^ri as aforesaid by her Attorney aforesaid and
prayed that the Said Thomas Tench Adm^r of the Said Lyonel Copley to her
dec^d af^d might Answer and the Said Thomas Tench Adm^r as af^d being Called
Came not but made default. Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here
that the Said Elizabeth Blakiston Adm^rx of the Said Nehemiah Blakiston Esq^r
dec^d recover ag^f the Said Thomas Tench Adm^r of the Said Lyonel Copley
as well the Summe of one hundred thirty four Pounds Eleaven Shillings and
one farthing Sterl and four Thousand pounds of Tobbacco debt for Damages
as also the Sume of pounds of Tobbacco by the Court here to her ad-
judged att her request for her Cost and Charges in this behalfe laid out and
Expended and the Def⁽ in Mercy.

Then came Thomas Tench Esq^r Adm^r as aforesaid and prayed an Ap-
peale to his Ex^cy the Governo^r and Councill and it is Granted unto him he
