A true Account

Eliz. Blakiston.

Now here att this day to witt the day and Year Last mentioned Came the
Said Elizabeth Blakiston Admri as aforesaid by her Attorney aforesaid and
prayed that the Said Thomas Tench Admr of the Said Lyonel Copley to her
decd afd might Answer and the Said Thomas Tench Admr as afd being Called
Came not but made default. Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here
that the Said Elizabeth Blakiston Admrx of the Said Nehemiah Blakiston Esqr
decd recover agf the Said Thomas Tench Admr of the Said Lyonel Copley
as well the Summe of one hundred thirty four Pounds Eleaven Shillings and
one farthing Sterl and four Thousand pounds of Tobbacco debt for Damages
as also the Sume of pounds of Tobbacco by the Court here to her ad-
judged att her request for her Cost and Charges in this behalfe laid out and
Expended and the Def( in Mercy.

Then came Thomas Tench Esqr Admr as aforesaid and prayed an Ap-
peale to his Excy the Governor and Councill and it is Granted unto him he
