that any other matter or thing Whatsoever in the Said Defts Said Answer Con-
tained materiall or Effectuall in the Law for these Replyants to Reply unto
and therein and thereby Sufficiently Replyed unto Confessed or Avoided
or otherwise Replyed unto is true all Which Matters and things these Reply-
ants are ready to Averr Justifye man tain and prove as this Honble Court Shall

issioners to Examine Evidences touching the Bounds of two Tracts of Land
in the Said County one called Sector the other Camberlake the Bound trees
whereof are fell Down destroyed and burnt as 'tis Said you or any two of
you are therefore by Virtue of this our Commission Authorized and Im-
powered at Such time and place as to you or any two of you Shall Seem meet
to Call and Cause to Come before you or any two of you all Such Evidences
as Shall be to you or any two of you Nominated and produced by John Bran-
nock Gent on the behalf of the heirs of George Seward late of the County afd
Deced and that you or any two of you Examine them on their Corporall
Oaths to be you or any two of you Administred on the holy Evangelist touch-
ing their knowledge and Remembrance in the premisses and that you or any
two of you Send the Substance of their Severall depositions in writeing
Closed under your hands and Seales together with this our Comission to us
in our high Court of Chancery with all Convenient Speed there to be recorded
in perpetuam rei memoriam Wittness our Trusty and well beloved Jno
