His Majesty in Councill taking the afd Report into Consideration Is
pleased to approve thereof And to order as it is hereby Ordered that the
Said Judgments of the 2oth of September 1720 and the 7th of May 1723 Be
reverst and Sett aside And that the Appellant be restored to all he hath by
means of the Said Judgments Whereof the Deputy Governour or Com-
mander in Chief for the Time being of the Said Province of Maryland and
all others whom it may Concern are to Take Notice and Govern themselves
Accordingly.

Whereupon Daniel Dulany Attorney of Jonathan Forward prays the
benefitt of the Said order of Reversall and process of Restitution to issue
thereon.

mission to him for the offence his Excellency therefore orders the Attorney
to proceed no further.
