Dom 1723 aforesaid before his Lordships Governour and Council aforesaid
Sitting as a Court of Appeals and Errors at the City of Annapolis af^d Comes
as well the Said John Bush by his Attorney aforesaid as the Said Daniel
Walker Lessee of Thomas Robins by his Attorney aforesaid and because his
Lordships Court of Appeals and Errors now here of their Judgment of and
upon the premisses to render are not as yet advised further day is given to
the parties aforesaid from the Said i6^th day of July at the City of Annapolis
aforesaid Un till the 4^th Tuesday of February then Next being the 25^th day of
the Same Month Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and Twenty three to
hear their Judgment of and upon the premisses for that his Lordships Court
of Appeals and Errors here thereof are are [sic] not as yet advised. At Which
Said Twenty fifth day of February Anno Dom Seventeen hundred and
Twenty three aforesaid before his Lordships Governour and Council afore-
said Sitting as a Court of Appeals and Errors at the City of Annapolis afore-
said [627] Comes as well the Said John Bush by his Attorney aforesaid as
the Daniel Walker lessee aforesaid by his Attorney aforesaid and because his
Lordships Court of appeals and Errors now here of their Judgment of and
upon the premisses to render are not as yet advised further day is given to
the parties aforesaid from the Said Twenty fifth day of February at the City
of Annapolis aforesaid Untill the Second Tuesday of July then next being
the fourteenth of the Same Month Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and
Twenty four to hear their Judgment of and upon the premisses for that his
Lordships Court of Appeals and Errors here thereof are not as yet advised.

At Which Said Second Tuesday of July being the fourteenth day of the
Same Month Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and Twenty four Before his
Lordships Governour and Council aforesaid Sitting as a Court of appeals
and Errors at the City aforesaid Comes as well the Said John Bush by his
attorney aforesaid as the Said Dan^l Walker lessee aforesaid by his Attorney
aforesaid. And Whereupon all and Singular the premisses by the Said Court
now here being Seen and fully Understood and dilligently examined and
Inspected and Mature Deliberation being thereupon had It appears to his
Lordships Court of Appeals and Errors now here that in the Record and
process aforesaid as also in Rendering the Judgment aforesaid It is Mani-
festly Erred Therefore it is Considered that the Judgment aforesaid for the
Errors aforesaid and others in the Record and process aforesaid be revoked
Annulled and altogether held for None And that the Said John Bush to
everything which by Occasion of the Judgment aforesaid hath lost be re-
stored. Whereupon afterwards on the Sixteenth day of July Anno Domini
Seventeen hundred and Twenty four in the Same Court or Term Thomas
Bordley Attorney of Daniel Walker Lessee of Thomas Robins prays an Ap-
peale from the Judgment of this Court to his Lordship the Right Honourable
the Lord proprietary upon giving Security. Thereupon the appeale is
granted upon giving good and Sufficient Security in the Sume of fifty Pounds
