tions So as afa prayed for being Drawn up in form is Tendered by the Said
John Bush by his Attorney afd to the Justices here to be by them Signed and
Sealed And thereupon the Justices here the Same bill of Exceptions with
their Seals have Sealed and to this Record have Annexed And the Said John
Bush prays the Writt of the Said Lord Proprietary to the Said Justices to be
directed to Command the Said Chief Justice and his Associates afd to be be-
fore his Lordships Governour and Councill in the High Court of Appeals
and Errors afd Which is granted to him by which it is Commanded that the
Said Samuel Young Esqr Chief Justice and Thomas Addison and William
Lock Gent his Associates Justices of the Provl Court afd Should be before his
Said [617] Lordships Governour and Councill in the High Court of Appeals
and Errors to be held at the City of Annapolis on the third Tuesday of July
then Next to Acknowledge or deny their respective Seales which by them to
the bill of Exceptions aforesaid (as before by the Said John Bush is Asserted
are put With they bring And the Same day is given to the Said John At which
day Came as Well the Said John Bush by his Attorney aforesaid as the Said
Samuel Young Esqr and Acknowledged his Seale by him to the Said Bill of
Exceptions put Which Said Bill of Exceptions follows in these Words Vizt

Be it Remembred that on the Twenty fourth day of Aprill Anno Dom
Seventeen hundred and Twenty three being the Day perfixed by his Lord-
ships Justices of the Provl Court to try the Issue Joined between the afd
Daniel Walker the Plf1 and John Bush the Defendant in a plea of Tresspass
and Ejectment) the Issue was before Samuel Young Esqr Chief Justice of the
Said Court Thomas Addison, John Marshall William Lock, and Roger Wool-
ford Esqrs Justices of the Same Court at the Barr of the Said Court as is by
the Said Daniel Walker by his Deci afd Supposed that the Said John Bush
with force and Arms into one fourth part of all that Tract of Plantable Land
Called Buckland laid out for two hundred and fifty Acres with the Appur-
tenances into four parts Equally to be divided and into one fourth part of all
that Tract of plantable Land Called Gurlington Containing two hundred
Acres with the Appurtenances into four parts Equally to be Divided and into
one fourth part of all that Tract of plantable Land Called Murrey Contain-
ing One hundred and fifty Acres With the Appurtenances into four parts
Equally to be divided and into one fourth part of all that Tract of plantable
Land Called the Addition Containing One hundred Acres with the appur-
tenances into four parts Equally to be Divided And into One fourth part of
all that Tract of plantable Land Called Rumley Marsh Containing three
Hundred Acres with the appurtenances into four parts equally to be di-
vided And into one fourth part of all that Tract of plantable Land Called
Buckland Containing fifty Acres with the appurtenances into four parts
Equally to be Divided all which Said Tracts of Land are lying Talbot County
afd which Thomas Robins the Father and Guardian of William Robins to
the Said Daniel Walker Demised for a Term which is not yet past did Enter
