and prays that the Judgment af^d for the Errors af^d and others in the Record
and process aforesaid being may be Reversed Annulled and altogether held
for none and that he to all things which by Occasion of the Judgment afore-
said hath lost may be Restored and that the Said Gilbert Powlson to the
Errors aforesaid and that his Said Lordships Court of Appeals and Errors
here will proceed to the Examination of as well the Record and process and
Process [sic] aforesaid as of the Matters aforesaid above for Errors Assigned.
And the aforesaid Gilbert Powlson Saith that neither in the Record and
process aforesaid Nor in the Matters therein Contained nor in rendering the
Judgment aforesaid it is in anywise Erred and Likewise prays that his Said
Lordships Court of Appeals and Errors here proceed to the Examination as
well of the Record and process af^d as of the matters aforesaid above for Error
Assigned and that the Judgment aforesaid in everything may be Affirmed.
But because his Lordships Court of Appeals and Errors here of rendering
their Judgment of and upon the premisses are not as yet advised day is
thereof given to the parties aforesaid before his Lordships Governour and
Council af^d from the Second Wednesday of October Anno Domini Seven-
teen hundred and Twenty two at the City of Annapolis aforesaid Untill the
first Tuesday in May then next being the Seventh Day of the Same Month
Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and Twenty three to hear their Judgment
of and upon the premisses for that his Lordships Court of Appeals and
Errors here thereof are not as yet advised. At Which Said day before his
Lordships Governour and Council aforesaid Sitting a Court of Appeals and
Errors at the City of Annapolis aforesaid Comes as well the Said Thomas
Cockey Garnishee of the Said Jonathan Forward by his Attorney af^d as the
Said Gilbert Powlson by his Attorney aforesaid and because his Lordships
Court of Appeals and Errors now here of there Judgment of and upon the
premisses to render are not as yet advised further day is given as well to the
aforesaid Thomas Cockey Garnishee aforesaid as the Said Gilbert Powlson
from the Said Seventh day of May at the City of Annapolis aforesaid Untill
the third Tuesday of July then Next to hear their Judgment of and upon the
premisses for that his Said Lordships Court of Appeals and Errors here
thereof are nott as yet advised At which Said third Tuesday of July being
the Sixteenth day of the Same Month Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and
Twenty three before his Lordships Governour and Council aforesaid Sit-
ting [613] at a Court of Appeals and Errors at the City of Annapolis afore-
said Comes as well the Said Thomas Cockey by his Attorney aforesaid as the
Said Gilbert Powlson by his Attorney aforesaid and because his Lordships
Court of Appeals and Errors now hereof their Judgment of and upon the
premisses to render are not as yet advised further day is given as well to
the Said Thomas Cockey as the aforesaid Gilbert Powlson from the Said
Sixteenth day of July at the City of Annapolis aforesaid Untill the fourth
